Privacy Policy

Last updated: 20 August 2026

1. General provisions

This Privacy Policy sets out the rules governing the collection, processing, use and protection of personal data that may be requested or received while using the website cultmaxing.com (the “Site”).

Personal data means information, or a set of information, about a natural or legal person who is identified or can be specifically identified.

The Site administrator treats the confidential (personal) information of everyone who uses the materials published on the Site — and of everyone who submits an application for service through the form on the Site — with great respect. We aim to protect the confidentiality of personal data and thereby to create and maintain the most comfortable conditions for using the Site.

By filling in the application form and ticking the box confirming that you have read this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”), you consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of handling your application, contacting you in reply, and preparing statistical, administrative and other information relating to the selection of candidates for military service.

Before using the Site, please read carefully the rights and obligations regarding the processing of personal data set out in Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and in this Policy, and confirm your full agreement with its terms.

2. Collection and use of personal data

Personal data is collected solely on your informed and voluntary decision as the data subject — in order to use the features of the Site and in line with the processing purpose set out in this Policy.

The scope and type of the personal data collected and used vary depending on the reason you contact us.

When you submit an application through the form on the Site, you provide the following data:

  • surname, first name or other identifying details, telephone number and email address;
  • information relating to your status and experience: your standing with regard to military service, previous military experience, speciality, qualifications and the like;
  • any additional information you choose to provide.

During your further use of the Site, the information contained in enquiries sent through the contact forms and in electronic messages is collected automatically.

3. Purpose of collection, processing and use of personal data

Personal data is collected, processed and used for the purposes of:

  • handling applications and replying to candidates, including arranging further communication about service;
  • consolidating and organising the data received, including compiling a list of candidates;
  • monitoring, consolidating and analysing the statistical data generated through use of the Site.

Personal data is stored for no longer than is necessary for the purpose of its collection, processing and use, or until you withdraw your consent to its processing.

4. Access to personal data

Full access to the personal data of those who have contacted us through the Site is granted to an authorised representative of the Site administrator.

5. Transfer of personal data to third parties

The Site administrator does not transfer or disclose to third parties the personal data received from those who contact us through the Site.

Personal data may be disclosed in the cases prescribed by the applicable legislation of Ukraine, and where third parties providing technical support and/or services for improving the Site are engaged — under a contract and subject to non-disclosure of personal data.

The Site may contain hyperlinks to external websites and other third-party resources on the internet. Third-party resources may be governed by their own terms of use and privacy rules. We do not check third-party resources or their content for compliance with any requirements (accuracy, completeness, legality and the like). The Site administration bears no responsibility for any information or materials published on third-party resources.

6. Protection of personal data

The Site administrator takes the necessary organisational and technical measures to protect your personal data against loss, unauthorised access to it, or its dissemination.

7. Changes to the Policy

The Site administrator may amend this Policy so that it accurately reflects the ways in which personal data is collected, processed, used, accessed and protected.

You should therefore review this Policy periodically. Whenever the Site administrator amends this Policy, the last-updated date at the top of the Policy is updated. Changes to this Policy take effect once they are published.

8. Your rights

Having contacted us through the Site, you have the right to:

  • receive information about the sources from which your personal data was collected, where it is stored and the purpose of its processing;
  • receive information about the conditions under which access to personal data is granted, including details of any third parties to whom your personal data is transferred;
  • receive, no later than thirty calendar days from the date the request is received (except in the cases provided for by the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”), information on the processing and use of your personal data;
  • lodge complaints about the handling of your personal data with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or with a court;
  • seek legal remedies in the event of a breach of personal data protection legislation;
  • withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data.
